Yes, from the journey to the last coffee. As a full-service partner, you can place the entire planning of transport, accommodation, catering and on-site procedures in our trustworthy hands. However, this does not mean that you have no say. On the contrary: our planning is based on your ideas and wishes and we take care of their realisation for you. So you can concentrate fully on your time in Amsterdam.
We can organise a complete trip with accommodation and activities for a minimum of 15 participants. As every company trip is completely individual, we always create customised offers. If you are slightly below the minimum number of participants, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In Amsterdam, as is so often the case, the early bird catches the worm. If you are already thinking about organising a company trip to Amsterdam, don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Depending on your preferred time of travel and the activities you wish to undertake, it is worth allowing a few months’ lead time. Early planning also gives us the opportunity to take into account any changes you may wish to make and to customise the trip according to your wishes.

This depends on the service booked and the individual cancellation conditions of the partners (hotel, coach company, etc.). However, we communicate these transparently in the planning phase so that you do not have to expect any unpleasant surprises. In general, we always endeavour to implement change requests and are usually successful in doing so.
As the locals say: there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad preparation! We will always advise you on all weather conditions and inform you of the various options. However, the good news is that any programme can be carried out in any weather, and individual cancellation conditions apply in the event of other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment is made easily in advance by invoice so that you can enjoy your trip to the full. A deposit is often required to confirm certain items, such as the hotel. All payment terms are transparently agreed with you in advance.
The cancellation conditions depend on the individual services and the individual cancellation conditions of the service provider (e.g. hotel, event location, shipping company, bus company, etc.). We will inform you in detail about the applicable conditions before confirming your booking. These are also set out in our agreement.
Our agreement document is the confirmation that you, as the local organiser, are placing the order for the booking of services with us. All desired services, as well as costs, payment terms and cancellation conditions and any additional details are recorded here.
